Our power electronics team offers the industry’s most detailed forecasting and analysis of SiC device and wafer demand
Exawatt’s research includes a comprehensive understanding of silicon carbide (SiC) crystal growth, epitaxial deposition and front-end device manufacturing cost. We also track SiC device price and performance, along with complete analysis of the SiC supply chain. Exawatt applies this knowledge to end markets through detailed core technology analysis and demand forecasts. Our cross-vertical approach, combining our knowledge of EVs, solar PV and energy storage, allows us to understand the demand for power electronics in adjacent industries. Exawatt has also expanded its coverage to include gallium nitride (GaN)
